Mta thank you announcement at the station and for all passengers to alight. Recorded with a zoom h2n in 4-channel mode - this is the xy recording only (msg me if you want the raw ms recording!), without a windshield. File has not been modified.

Danse macabre by Saint-Saëns performed by the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra under Leopold Stokowski. "Record date is 4/29/1925, with master numbers CVE-27929 and CVE-27930. Also, the subtle "VE" stamp reveals this to be an early electrical recording. It doesn't have quite the brilliance of the 1927 and -28 Victor productions, but still captures the violins nicely. Enormous symphony of tree frogs, a few crickets and even a foreign frog makes an entrance on this track. Mono, recorded with sm58, eq'd, compressed slightly and mixed to lufs levels indicated on file name.

High e played on an acoustic gibson jumbo. The guitar was recorded with a single microphone (a brauner phantera) connected to an api pre-amp. The signal was fed into a digidesign a/d converter and recorded in protools 9 in waveform audio file format. All the samples were subsequently edited with the gpl software audacity. Voices can be heard in the far distance, along with the rythmic ticking of the hydraulically powered art-installation "heart of a mountain". This file is part of the sample-pack "muzeum"recording was conducted with a zoom h2 with the internal mics set to 90° dispersion.

Noise created using a digital delay (alesis midiverb ii) in a feedback loop. Eq adjustments are continuously made during the recording. Caution: the file contains some loud high frequencies (of about 15 khz).

People leaving work and driving home! i was recording on a busy street in a smaller town in germany. I recorded with a bran new zoom h6 and the ms microphone. The file is in 96/24 and nothing was changed beside cutting the beginning and parts of the end with adobe audition.
